A lightweight, durable tent such as a Big Agnes Fly Creek.
A sleep system that helps you stay comfortable is key. Any lightweight and packable bag from Big Agnes or Nemo combined with a sleep pad from Klymit is an excellent choice.
An overnight setup on the bike will be pretty minimal given you're just sleeping the one night. I recommend a frame bag and seatpost bag at the minimum to ensure you'll have a balanced ride.
